We believe in this so strongly that we tightened our revenues with publishers&#8217; last year &#8211; if you don&#8217;t make money, neither do we.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p id=\"stats\"><em>&#8220;Our main goal is to increase the sales of your apps on iPads and Android devices. As you know, the model we function in motivates us, just as it motivates you, to work on magazine sales.&#8221;<\/em> &#8211; Paul Nowak, CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Since that time hundreds of publishers have been using PressPad widgets and smart banners on their websites to generate new installations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Widgets have been displayed nearly <strong>6.7 M<\/strong> times right on their websites.<\/li>\n<li>An average user is exploring <strong>1.5 page<\/strong> per visit&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;and spends over a <strong>minute<\/strong> on their website.<\/li>\n<li>The average conversion rate into app installation is nearly <strong>20%<\/strong>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"webstore\">That&#8217;s a lot of quality traffic that can be utilized not only to drive installations but also to sell digital editions on the site. Thus, publishers finally have a tool to expand their online sales.<\/p>\n<p>More than 20% of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presspadapp.com\/blog\/youtube-drives-installs-mobile-app\/\" title=\"installs mobile app\">installations<\/a> of the app come from surfing through the web. We call them organic installations. Why? Because people who are genuinely interested in their content find them organically, google them and explore their online assets on their websites and blogs &#8211; and that&#8217;s how they approach magazine apps.<\/p>\n<p>That is why we have decided to provide these new buying opportunities available on our magazines&#8217; landing pages and the whole <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presspadapp.com\/blog\/facebook-newsstand-helps-you-sell-more-digital-issues-via-social-media\/\" title=\"facebook newsstand\">Facebook Newsstand<\/a> as well &#8211; we will be rolling that feature out later this week.<\/p>\n<h2>Questions and Answers<\/h3>\n<h3>What is PressPad Web Store?<\/h3>\n<p>PressPad Web Store is an online web shop where people can buy mobile editions of particular magazines or comics, and have them available on their mobile device. That&#8217;s like buying access to the content available in the app.<\/p>\n<h3>Do I need any programming skills to run my Web Store?<\/h3>\n<p>No, it&#8217;s fully integrated with PressPad and you do not need programming skills to use it.<\/p>\n<h3>How can I install Web Store on my website?<\/h3>\n<p>You just need to copy and paste a chunk of code available for you on your PressPad account.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your PressPad account.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Promote&#8221; from the top bar menu.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the &#8220;Web store&#8221; tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How does PressPad Web Store work?<\/h3>\n<p>People visit your website&#8217;s web store and shop for your digital editions. The transaction is processed using PayPal. Once the transaction is done, the user will receive an email with links to your iOS and Android apps.
